Upon check-in, residents are introduced to over 20 hotel rules and regulations covering safety, conduct, and shared living responsibilities. These include weekly room inspections every Thursday, daily sign-in and sign-out procedures, and a night-time curfew with sign-in required for approved late returns. We also maintain strict fire safety procedures and children’s safety measures throughout the property. These standards help create a secure, organized, and harmonious living environment for all residents.

Residents receive a free daily breakfast to start the day, and every Thursday we host a complimentary community meal where residents can pre-order their preferred dish in advance, choosing from options such as pizza, lasagna, or stroganoff, with choices available for both adults and children including vegetarian options. Each resident is entitled to one dish.

    To help reduce everyday costs, we also provide free toilet rolls and bin bags daily, along with fresh towels and exchange of used bedding for clean sets. These simple but meaningful services help create a supportive, clean, and comfortable living environment for all residents.

We provide an on-site lift with secure card-swipe access to all floors (1st to 4th), making daily movement around the building more convenient, especially for families with children, luggage, or mobility needs.

Kitchens across all floors

We provide fully equipped kitchens on every floor for easy resident access, all of which are cleaned daily by our housekeeping team to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Children’s Play Area

We provide a dedicated children’s play area with a TV showing kids’ channels, offering a safe and enjoyable space for daily play under the supervision of guardians.

Private Bathroom

All rooms feature an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a toilet, wash basin, wall-mounted mirror, and either a bathtub or walk-in shower, providing comfort and convenience for residents.

Laundry room

We provide two washing machines and two tumble dryers on-site for easy resident access, ensuring convenient and reliable laundry facilities for everyday use.

We provide a designated smoking area, offering a monitored and controlled space that ensures comfort and safety for all residents.
