Site Manager

Supervision

Oversees daily operations, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly, safely, and in line with our service standards. Responsible for staff training and enforcing all rules and regulations.

Reception Team

Manages check-ins and check-outs, carries out room inspections, supports resident communication, organizes on-site activities, and during night shifts handles bedding cleaning and monitors late-night exit and entry.

Day + Night shift 24/7 onsite

Housekeeping Team

Maintains cleanliness across all communal areas including kitchens, lifts, lobby areas, glass doors, hallways, and shared toilets through regular daily cleaning.

Maintenance Team

Available 24/7 to respond quickly to repairs, technical issues, and emergency situations, ensuring the property remains safe and fully functional.
